From concept to launch.
I led product design and direction for Brokkr, an automated Web3 portfolio platform. Working closely with product and engineering, I took the product from its first concept through to launch.
Brokkr grouped complex crypto investment strategies into portfolios. The design challenge was to make the product approachable for non-experts while keeping the underlying assets and investment information visible.

Listening before simplifying.
We used Brokkr’s community, including Discord, to recruit for user interviews and validate early prototypes. This helped us understand how people approached crypto products and what information they needed.
Transparency, focus and simplification guided the design: make portfolios easier to compare, with the complexity of individual strategies handled by the underlying automation.

Understanding a portfolio at a glance.
The dashboard brought invested value, portfolio performance and individual holdings into one view. A prominent chart gave the overview, while the portfolio list and automation cards kept the underlying positions visible.
Compare first. Then invest.
The mobile flow separated choosing a portfolio from entering an investment. Consistent portfolio cards surfaced risk ratings, return figures and portfolio size; the detail view added performance history, the amount, fee and underlying positions.
The goal was a familiar banking-style flow, with the information for each decision close to the action.
